M2 is a provider of the full suite of traditional and next generation telecommunications products, in addition to utility services. Founded in 1999, we listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2004 under the code MTU and in 2012 achieved entry into the S&P/ASX200.
Taking a nimble, multi-channel approach, our internal and external sales team are fully equipped to reach our markets of small to medium sized businesses, families and individuals. Our flexibly-packaged telecommunications products are provided to customers around Australia, while power and gas are sold exclusively to selected states.
Our skilled and talented team is at the core of M2’s success. Located around Australia with customer service in Hobart and Melbourne, we also have support and sales teams in Manila.
M2 has its own extensive backbone network with facilities around Australia as well as a fibre network in five capital cities, delivering a range of advanced telecommunications solutions. M2 is fully NBN ready and active, connected in all major NBN sites.
M2 comprises three segments: Business, Wholesale and Consumer.
Leading our entry into the consumer segment are our brands iPrimus and Dodo, supported out of Melbourne and Manila.
The Consumer unit makes up 53% of M2’s revenue at 30 June 2013, as disclosed in our 2013 Annual Report.
Commander is our leading brand for the small to medium business segment.
Our well established, external team of Commander Dealers, with more than 30 Commander sites around Australia to service our customers, is supported by our team in Hobart.
The Business unit makes up 37% of M2’s revenue at 30 June 2013, as disclosed in our 2013 Annual Report.
M2 Wholesale was created in 2005 and provides the full suite of telecommunications services to junior reseller telecommunications providers.
M2 Wholesale is dedicated to supporting our wholesale partners, sharing our knowledge and experience to help them grow and succeed. Our teams of sales and support for M2 Wholesale are based in Melbourne and Sydney.
The Wholesale unit makes up 9% of M2’s revenue at 30 June 2013, as disclosed in our 2013 Annual Report.
