Taking a nimble, multi-channel approach, our internal and external sales teams are fully equipped to reach our markets of small to medium sized businesses, families and individuals. Our flexibly-packaged telecommunications products are provided to customers around Australia and New Zealand, while power and gas are sold exclusively to selected states in Australia.
Our skilled and talented team is at the core of M2’s success. Our Australian operations are headquartered in Melbourne, with customer service in Hobart, and Melbourne, as well as in Manila, Philippines. Our New Zealand operations are headquartered in Auckland.
M2 has its own extensive backbone network with facilities around Australia as well as a fibre network in five capital cities, delivering a range of advanced telecommunications solutions. M2 is fully NBN ready and active, connected in all major NBN sites. In New Zealand, we have a national, next generation network delivering voice, copper and fibre services with 24 Points of Interconnect to NZ’s Ultra Fast Broadband (“UFB”, the NBN equivalent).
M2 has Business, Wholesale and Consumer segments in both Australia and New Zealand.
On 5th February, 2016, M2 Group Ltd and Vocus Communications Limited obtained the final court approval to proceed with the merger of the two companies. Key dates relevant to shareholders are available via our Events page.
Leading our entry into the consumer segment are our brands iPrimus and Dodo, supported out of Melbourne and Manila.

Commander is our leading brand for the small to medium business segment.
Our well established, external team of Commander Dealers, with more than 30 Commander sites around Australia to service our customers, is supported by our team in Hobart.

M2 Wholesale was created in 2005 and provides the full suite of telecommunications services to junior reseller telecommunications providers.
M2 Wholesale is dedicated to supporting our wholesale partners, sharing our knowledge and experience to help them grow and succeed. Our teams of sales and support for M2 Wholesale are based in Melbourne and Sydney.
The Wholesale unit makes up 9% of M2’s revenue at 30 June 2014, as disclosed in our 2014 Annual Report.
Slingshot and Orcon are the leading brands in the NZ Consumer segment. Slingshot was voted Best Internet Service Provider in the Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards 2015.
In FY14, the Consumer segment was 67% of the CallPlus Group revenues, as disclosed to the ASX on 13 April 2015 in our Investor Presentation.
The CallPlus and 2Talk brands lead our entry into the NZ small and medium business market.

CallPlus Wholesale targets the junior reseller telco market in NZ.
