Here's how it works:
For every dollar you spend on fixed-to-mobile, national and international calls, you receive 15 cents in Travel Dollars. That's 15% of your bill that you can use for your next trip! And, if you don't have enough Travel Dollars to cover the total cost of a trip, you can pay the difference!
