Shareholder Services

All shareholder queries should be directed to M2 Telecommunications share registry, Link Market Services (formerly known as ASX Perpetual). By logging in to the secure shareholder services area of the Link Market Services website you can:

  • Obtain your current holding balance as at a specified date;
  • Change your holding details (address or email address);
  • Determine whether we have recorded your Tax File Number (TFN);
  • Lodge your TFN if it is not on file;
  • Check your current dividend payment instruction;
  • Check your current annual report election;
  • Change your annual report election (ie. full, concise or no annual report).
