Update to Schedule of Fees and Charges

M2 Telecom has recently updated the Schedule of Fees and Charges, which sets out the Charges that apply in connection with your services.  The updated Schedule will take effect from your September invoice. 

The changes to the Schedule are below:

In addition, we have implemented a standard billing increment for calls as follows:

Standard calls on Business Fixed line – 30 seconds
Standard calls on Residential Fixed line – 60 seconds
Standard calls on all mobile services – 60 seconds

Customers on the following plans are exempt from these changes:

- M2 Business Choice – REIN
- M2 Business Choice-CPN
- M2 Business Choice – VIP
- M2 VIP Saver plans
- M2 Fleet plans
